Village Style Spicy Chicken Curry | Masala Chicken Gravy Recipe | Spicy Chicken Curry Village Style | Spicy Chicken Recipe | Spicy Chicken Gravy | Spicy Masala Chicken Recipe | Chicken Curry | Chicken Gravy Ingredients for Spicy Chicken Curry: - Chicken, curry cut pieces with bones- 1 kg For Marination: - Salt- 2 tsp - Turmeric powder- 3/4 tsp - Red Chilli powder- 4 tsp - Ginger garlic paste- 4 tsp For Masala Paste: - Sesame seeds- 4 tsp - Cumin seeds- 2 tsp - Coriander seeds- 2 tsp - Kashmiri chillies- 12 - Whole black peppercorns- 12 - Cinnamon- 1/2 inch pieces, 2 - Cloves- 6 - Fresh grated coconut- 4 tbsp Other Ingredients: - Bay leaves- 4-5 - Green chillies- 5-6 - Roughly chopped onion- 4 small (200 gms) - Oil- 6 tbsp - Chopped coriander leaves-4 tbsp Preparation: - Marinate the chicken with items indicated above. Mix well and set aside for 1 hour. - Dry roast all the items for the spice paste other than the fresh grated coconut in a pan. Roast on low heat for 2 mins, remove and allow it to cool. Transfer this to a blender along with fresh grated coconut. Dry grind it first, then add 1/2 cup of water and blend it to a paste. - Roughly chop the onions and cut & slit the chillies. Process: - Heat oil in a pan/kadai and add the slit green chillies and bay leaves. Give a stir and then add the chopped onions. Fry on medium heat for 5 mins till the onions are translucent. - Now add the spice paste and mix well. Fry on medium heat for 2 mins, add 1/4 tsp or a pinch of salt, and then fry on low heat for another 5 mins. - Add the marinated chicken and mix it well. Fry it on medium heat for 3 mins. Set aside to cool. Coarse grind first and then add the quartered tomatoes. Continue to blend it into a smooth paste. - Dry roast the fenugreek leaves in a pan, allow it to cool and then crush lightly with your hand. Process: - Heat oil in a pan/kadai. - Add the chopped onions and fry on medium heat for 5-6 mins till translucent. - Now add the Ginger garlic paste and fry for 2 mins on low heat. - Add turmeric, red chilli and coriander powders and mix it well. Tempering: - Cumin Seeds-1 tsp - Cinnamon- 2 pieces - Curry Leaves- 10-12 Spice Powders: - Turmeric Powder- 1/2 tsp - Red Chilli Powder- 1 tsp - Coriander Powder- 3 tsp - Garam Masala Powder- 1 tsp Other Ingredients: - Onions, chopped- 2 big ones (200 gms) - Green Chillies, slit- 3 - Ginger, crushed- 2 tbsp - Garlic, crushed- 2 tbsp - Tomato, sliced- 2 small (100 gms) - Salt- 2.5 tsp or to taste - Thick coconut milk- 1/2 cup (120 ml) - Refined Oil- 5-6 tbsp - Coriander leaves for garnish- 2-3 tbsp Preparation: - Peel and make thick slices of 1 small onion. Wash and cut the green chillies into halves. - To make the Green Masala paste, take a frying pan & heat 1/2 tbsp oil. Now add the thick onion slices and fry on medium heat for 2-3 mins till translucent. Now add the green chillies, give a mix and fry on medium heat for 30 secs. Remove to a plate and let it cool. - Now chop the coriander leaves and take out the mint and curry leaves. - Now add all the ingredients for the masala paste into a blender/grinder and coarse grind it. Give it a mix and then blend it into a paste after adding 2-3 tbsp water. Set aside. - Now, chop the onions, peel and crush the ginger & garlic and slice the tomatoes. - Also slit the green chillies, take out the curry leaves and chop the coriander leaves for garnishing. Process: - Heat oil in a pan and add the cumin seeds, cinnamon and curry leaves. Give a stir and then add the chopped onions & slit green chillies. Fry on medium heat for 8-9 mins till the colour changes. - Now add the crushed ginger and garlic and fry on medium heat for 2-3 mins. - Add the sliced tomatoes and 1 tsp salt & fry on medium heat for 2-3 tsp till the tomatoes are soft. Now add all the spice powders other than Garam masala powder and mix and fry in medium heat for 2-3 mins till the spices are cooked and oil separates. - Now add the chicken pieces and 1.5 tsp salt and mix and fry on high heat for 4-5 mins. Continue to cook on medium heat for another 8-10 mins till the chicken is browned. - Add the Green Masala paste, coconut milk and Garam masala powder. Give a mix, add 200 ml water and cook covered on low heat for 15 mins till the chicken is tender. - Now remove the lid, and add chopped coriander leaves. Add little water (if needed) for desired consistency of the gravy. Mix chicken pieces with salt, plain yogurt, cardamom, cloves, green chilies, turmeric, coriander and red chili 2. Saranwrap and set aside to marinate 3. Process: - Heat oil in a wok or kadhai and add the grated onion. Fry on medium heat for 4-5 mins till the colour changes. Make sure the colour doesn’t become brown. - Now add the tomato purée and sauté for around 2 mins till oil separates. - Add the Red Chilli powder, Coriander and Cumin powder, mix well and sauté on medium to low heat for around 5 mins till oil separates. You can add a splash of water and continue sautéing if the masala tends to stick to the pan. - Now add the marinated chicken and fry & stir it on high heat for around 3 mins. - Continue to bhunno(sauté)on medium heat for another 10 mins. - Mix it well, lower heat to minimum and cover & cook for 5 mins. - Remove lid, add garam masala powder, give a stir and then add 250 ml water and 1/4 tsp salt. - Mix it well and cover & cook on low heat for 15 mins. - Now add the fenugreek leaves & amchoor powder. Full written recipe Dhaba style chicken curry Prep time: 20-25 minutes Cooking time: 25-30 minutes Serves: 4-5 people Ingredients: For marination • Chicken 1 kg • Salt to taste • Haldi (turmeric powder) powder ½ tsp • Lal mirch powder (red chilli) powder 1 tbsp • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp • Dahi (curd) 3/4th cup (whisked well) For curry • Ghee 2 tbsp + oil 1 tbsp • Whole spices: 1. Jeera (cumin seeds) 1 tsp 2. Dalchini (cinnamon) 1 inch 3. Laung (cloves) 3-4 nos. 4. Hari elaichi (green cardamom) 3-4 pods 5. Badi elaichi (black cardamom) 1 no. 6. Tej patta (bay leaf) 1 no. • Onions 5 medium size / 400 gm (chopped) • Ginger garlic & green chillies ½ cup (roughly chopped) • Powdered spices: 1. Haldi (turmeric) powder ½ tsp 2. Teekhi lal mirch (spicy red chilli) powder 2 tsp 3. Kashmiri lal mirch (kashmiri red chilli) powder 1 tbsp 4. Dhaniya (coriander) powder 2 tbsp 5. Jeera (cumin) powder 1 tsp • Water as required • Tomatoes 4 medium size (chopped) • Salt to taste • Fresh garam masala 1 tsp • Kasuri methi 1 tsp • Ginger 1 inch (julienned) • Green chillies 2-3 nos. (slit) Method: • Wash & clean the chicken well and add in a mixing bowl, further add all the remaining ingredients of the marinade, mix well and keep it marinated until used for making the curry. • Now, for making the curry, set a wok or utensil as per your preference to make the chicken curry, add ghee, whole spices and onions, stir and cook until the onions are translucent. • Further add, ginger, garlic & green chillies, stir and cook for 3-4 minutes on medium flame. • Lower the heat & add the powdered spices, mix well and add few splashes of water to avoid the spices from burning. Increase the flame to medium heat, stir and cook until the ghee is released. • Now add tomatoes & salt to taste, stir & cook well for 8-10 minutes. • Further keep stirring & cook the masala really well until the ghee has separated & the tomatoes has mushed well with the masala. You can add some hot water if the masala gets too dry during the cooking process. • Further lower the flame and add the marinated chicken, stir continuously for 2-3 minutes to avoid the curd from curdling, make sure you do not be too harsh while stirring, as the chicken pieces may break. • Increase the flame & cook on high flame for 5-6 minutes, further lower the heat to low & cover & cook for 10 minutes. Stir in intervals. • Further cover & cook for 20-25 minutes on low flame until the chicken is cooked & tender. • After cooking for 20-25 minutes, add the garam masala, kasuri methi, ginger and green chillies, stir well, at this stage you can serve the chicken as latpata chicken masala finish with some freshly chopped coriander leaves, or else you can add hot water and make chicken curry just the way am going to do. • As am making the tari wala chicken, ill add hot water, stir and bring to a boil & let it simmer for 5-6 minutes, you can adjust the quantity of water depending on how thin or thick you want your chicken curry to be. • After simmering, check for the seasoning and adjust accordingly, finish with freshly chopped coriander leaves. Your dhaba style chicken curry is ready, serve hot tandoori roti or any indian bread of your choice. Homemade garam masala Ingredients: • Sukha dhaniya (Coriander seeds) - 5 gm • Sabut kaali mirch (Black peppercorns) - 5 gm • Jeera (Cumin seeds) - 5 gm • Choti elaichi (Green cardamom) - 5 gm • Badi elaichi (Black cardamom) - 10 gm • Dal chini (Cinnamon) - 5 gm • Chakri phool (Star anise) - 5 gm • Saunf (Fennel seeds) - 3 gm • Laung (Cloves) - 5 gm • Tej patta (Bay leaves) - 5 gm • Salt a pinch Method: • Set a pan on medium heat, heat the pan until its moderately hot, add all the spices and swirl pan or stir with a spatula to avoid the burning of spices, lower the flame & roast the spices until aromatic. • Remove on a plate & cool down to room temperature, add the roasted spices in a grinding jar, add a pinch of salt as well, grind to make a fine powder. • Once grinded, use a sieve and sift the powdered masala to get even fine powder. • If the spice chunks in the sieve are too much regrind to make fine powder to avoid wastage. Keep it aside for further use. For Marinating Chicken ● In a motarpestel, add ginger, garlic, green chilli, salt, oil and make a smooth paste out of it. ● In a bowl, add chicken and prepared ginger garlic paste marinated well. Keep it for 10-15 minutes. For Tempering ● Heat oil in a heavy bottom pot, add cumin seeds, black cardamom and saute well. ● Add onion and saute for 5 minutes until translucent. ● Add turmeric powder, degi red chilli powder, coriander powder and saute for 2-4 minutes. ● Add marinated chicken and mix everything well. ● Add tomato puree, water as required and cook for atls 15-20 minutes on medium flamme. ● Add prepared chicken masala and mix well. ● Garnish it with coriander sprig and serve hot with mirch roti. For Mirchi Roti ● Take a lemon size ball dough and dust with wheat flour. ● Roll gently to medium thickness. ● sprinkle little chilli flakes and spread uniformly making sure well combined. ● Fold it into envelope shape and start rolling. ● On the other side spread fresh mint leaves and press it gently. ● Now on a hot tawa place the rolled roti and cook for a minute. ● flip again once or twice till both the sides are cooked properly. * ♨️ Through this Channel, I intend to take you on a culinary journey, exploring new places, cultures and flavours. Hyderabadi Masala Chicken | Hyderabadi Chicken Masala Recipe | Hyderabadi Murgh Masala Ingredients: Chicken with bones- 750 grams Marinade: - Beaten (whisked) curd (yogurt) - 200 ml - Ginger garlic paste - 2 tsp - Birista, crushed- 3 medium onions - Salt- 1 tsp or to taste Paste: - Red Chillies-8 - Coriander seeds-4 tsp - Cumin seeds- 2 tsp - Onion, quartered- 1 small - Turmeric powder- 1/2 tsp Kashmiri Chilli powder- 1 tsp Garam Masala powder- 1/2 tsp (Link to our Garam Masala Recipe: 🤍 Oil- 3 tbsp Preparation : - To make birista, slice 3 medium onions & fry until golden brown. Once the birista cools, lightly crush it with your hand. - Marinate the chicken with curd, ginger-garlic paste, birista (fried onion) and salt. Set aside for an hour. - For the paste, dry roast the coriander & cumin seeds and the red chillies for a 2-3 minutes. Let it cool. Now add all these, quartered onion & turmeric powder in a grinder & blend until smooth. Process: - Heat oil in a kadhai. - Add the ground masala paste & fry on medium to low heat for 10 mins till the raw smell is gone & oil separates. Make sure the colour of the paste isn’t dark or the colour of the gravy will change. - Add the marinated chicken, mix well & cook on high flame for around 5 mins. Continue to cook on medium flame for another 10 mins till the chicken & the masala starts changing colour. - Add the Kashmiri Chilli powder, mix it well & cook for around 15 mins. - Add the Garam Masala powder & simmer for another 5 mins till oil separates & all the masalas are cooked well. - Add a cup & half of water, mix it well & cook covered for 15mins till the chicken is tender. - Serve hot with roti or rice. #hyderabadichicken #spiceeats #spiceeatschicken #spiceeatsrecipes Music: 🤍

Madras Masala Chicken Curry | Chicken Madras Recipe | Madras Chicken Curry | Chicken Recipe | Chicken Gravy Recipe | Madras Chicken | Masala Chicken Curry | Chicken Madras | Spice Eats Chicken Curry Ingredients for Madras Masala Chicken Curry: (Tsp-Teaspoon; Tbsp-Tablespoon) - Chicken - 500 gms (curry cut pieces with bones) For Marination: - Salt- 1 tsp - Turmeric Powder- 1/2 tsp For the Masala Paste: - Refined Oil- 1.5 tbsp - Cumin Seeds- 1 tsp - Coriander Seeds- 2 tbsp - Fennel Seeds- 1 tsp - Whole Black Peppercorns- 1 tsp - Whole Dried Red Chillies, cut- 5-6 - Onions, thick sliced- 2 small (120 gms) - Ginger, chopped- 1” piece( 8 gms) - Garlic cloves- 6( 8 gms) - Green Cardamom- 3 - Cloves-3 - Cinnamon- 1 small - Star Anise- 1 - Red Tomatoes, sliced- 2 small (100 gms) - Salt- 1/2 tsp Other Ingredients: - Bay Leaf- 2 (cut) - Curry Leaves- 15-20 - Refined Oil- 3 tbsp Preparation: - Marinate the chicken pieces with salt and turmeric powder. Mix well and set aside for 30 mins. - For the Masala paste, heat oil and add all the whole spices like cumin, coriander & fennel seeds, whole black peppercorns and lastly the whole red chillies (cut). Give a mix and fry on low heat for around 2 mins. - Now add the thick sliced onions and mix and fry on medium heat for 2 mins. - Now reduce heat and add the chopped ginger, garlic and whole spices (green cardamom, cloves, cinnamon & star anise). Mix and fry on low heat for 2 mins. - Lastly add the sliced tomatoes & 1/2 tsp salt. Give a mix and fry on medium heat for 3 mins till tomatoes are soft. - Remove to a plate and allow it to cool. - Now transfer this to a grinder/blender jar and first coarse grind it. - Add 1/2 cup water and blend it to a smooth paste. Process: - Heat 3 tbsp oil in a pan/kadhai and add the cut bay leaves and curry leaves. - Give a stir and then add the marinated chicken pieces. - Mix and fry on high heat for 3 mins and then on medium heat for another 2-3 mins till the chicken pieces are browned. - Now add the Masala paste made earlier and mix & fry on medium heat for 6-7 mins till the masala is fried well and oil separates. - Now add 200 ml water, give a mix and cover & cook on low heat for 15-20 mins till chicken is tender and oil separates. #madrasmasalachicken #chickenmadras #masalachickencurry #chickencurry #chickengravy #chickenrecipe #spiceatsrecipes #spiceeatschicken #spiceeats

In a large pan heat oil. Add chopped onions and sauté until golden, over medium-low heat. stir occasionally. 2. When onions are golden add grated garlic and ginger. Stir and cook for 2 minutes. Add chopped tomatoes and cook, stirring occasionally, until soft. Add curry powder and cook, stirring, for 2 minutes. Add chicken breast, season with salt and pepper, cook for 5 minutes, until golden. Cover the pan and cook for 2-3 minutes more. Add water, cover and cook 10 minutes. 3. Add coconut milk/cream, season with garam masala and salt, stir, and cook until lightly thickens. Download our Mobile Application : 🤍 Ingredients Chicken – 1 kg Onion -3 nos Green chilli – 2 nos Tomatoes -2 nos Ginger -1 nos Garlic – 8 to 9 nos Curry leaves – 3 sprigs Grated coconut -1 cup Red chilli powder – 2 tbsp Coriander powder – 1 tbsp Turmeric powder – ½ tbsp. Cardamom- 2 nos Cinnamon – 1 nos Cloves- 2 nos Pepper seed – 1 tsp Fennel seed – 1 tsp Salt – 1 o2 tsp Oil – 2 or 3 tbsp Method Heat oil in a pan add cardamom, cinnamon, cloves, pepper seed and fennel seed saute them well. Add grated coconut and saute them well. Then add some redchilli powder , coriander powder and turmeric powder ,roasted them well and set aside. Grind the roasted coconut and other ingredients into fine paste and set aside. Again grind ginger and garlic into fine paste and set aside. Heat oil in a pan add fennel seed ,lets crackled . Add chopped onion saute for 2 to 3 minutes. Add grinded ginger garlic paste,green chilli and curry leaves saute them well. Add chopped tomatoes and salt saute them well. Cover and cook till the tomatoes become soften. Add grinded coconut masala and mix them well. Then pour some water into the masala bowl and add the water into curry pan. Add sufficient amount of water into the pan ,cover and boil them well. Add cleaned chicken pieces mix them well. Cover and cook till the chicken become soften . Remove from fire and set aside. Chicken Changezi Recipe Restaurant Style | Changezi Chicken Curry | Chicken Changezi | Chicken Changezi Recipe | Changezi Chicken | How To Make Chicken Changezi | Chicken Curry | Chicken Recipe Ingredients for Chicken Changezi: - Chicken, large pieces with bones- 1 kg For the Marination: - Salt- 2 tsp - Red Chilli Powder- 2 tsp - Ginger Garlic paste- 2 tbsp - Lemon Juice- 2 tsp - Whisked Curd/Yogurt (thick) - 6 tbsp (120 ml) Onion-Cashew Paste: - Onion, sliced- 2 medium onions (around 160 gms) - Cashew nuts- 16 Spice Powders: - Red Chilli Powder- 2 tsp - Kashmiri Chilli Powder- 2.5 tsp - Coriander Powder- 3 tsp - Garam Masala Powder- 1 tsp Other Ingredients: - Ginger Garlic Paste- 2 tsp - Readymade Tomato Purée- 8 tbsp - Room temperature Cow Milk - 150 ml - Fresh Cream-4 tbsp - Chaat Masala- 1 tsp - Kasuri Methi, dry roasted and powdered- 2 tsp - Oil or ghee- 3 tbsps + 2 tbsps for frying the chicken - Salt for seasoning- 1/2 tsp Preparation: - Marinate the chicken pieces with ingredients specified and set it aside for 30 mins. - Slice the onions. - Now take a pan, heat 1.5 tbsp oil and add the sliced onions. Fry on medium heat for around 8-10 mins till light brown in color and then add the cashew nuts. Mix and continue to fry on medium heat for another 1-2 mins. The onions should not become too dark in colour. - Now set aside, cool and grind it to a paste by adding around 2-3 tbsp water. - To fry the chicken pieces, heat 2 tbsp oil in a large frying pan and place the marinated chicken pieces side by side without the extra marinade. Fry on high to medium high heat for 3 mins and then flip the pieces. Continue to fry on high to medium high heat on this side for 3 mins. Fry for another 2 mins on medium heat on each side till uniformly browned. - Use readymade tomato purée/paste for this recipe. If not available, blend 2 medium sized red tomatoes and use that instead. - Use boiled milk cooled to room temperature. - Dry roast the Kasuri Methi (Fenugreek Leaves) and crush it with your hands when cooled. Process: - Heat oil in a pan and add the ginger garlic paste. - Fry on low heat for 2 mins and then add the tomato purée. - Give a mix for a minute and then add the Onion-Cashew Paste. - Mix and fry on medium heat for 4-5 mins till oil separates. - Add all the Spice Powders and 1/2 tsp salt and cook on medium heat for 3-4 mins till oil separates. - Now switch off heat and add the room temperature milk (boiled and cooled) and give a mix. Switch on heat. - Keep stirring for 3-4 mins on low to medium low heat till it’s cooked and oil separates. - Now add the fried chicken pieces and mix it well. - Keep mixing and frying the chicken pieces on medium heat for 3-4 mins till oil separates. - Now add 250 ml water, give a mix and cover and cook on low heat for 15 mins till meat is cooked and oil separates. - Now add the cream, chaat masala and dry roasted Kasuri Methi. - Mix and cook on low heat for 2-3 mins. - Serve with roti, naan or rice. #chickenchangezi #changezichickencurry #chickenchangezirecipe #chickencurry #chickenrecipe #chickengravy #spiceeats #spiceeatsrecipes #spiceeatschicken
